Sonia Mackwani founded Touching Lives at 21, dedicating over two decades to empowering children, women, and communities in Mumbai’s slums through education, mental health, and art. A published author of Everyone Can Heal (Self-help), 365 Days of a Sufi (Fiction), and Tales from Indian Mythology – Mahabharata and Ramayana for children. Part of her book royalties support her non-profit work. With a Masters in Clinical Psychology and Hypnotherapy, Sonia has over two decades of experience as a psychic healer, working with diverse groups globally, including individuals in rehabilitation centers, prisons, refugee camps, and schools. As an independent filmmaker, Sonia has written, directed, and assisted in several films and documentaries, with her short film Space receiving international recognition. She also performs at international theatre festivals and works as an Improv coach for artists and corporations. She is one of the founding partners of Bliss Consultancy facilitating and coaching workshops for well-being and mindfulness in corporate environment. Honored as one of India’s 100 Women Achievers from President Of India, Sonia divides her time between India and Switzerland, continuing her mission through writing, film, and humanitarian work.

Sadik Keshwani is the Co-Founder of Touching Lives Switzerland. He has been a dedicated supporter of the Touching Lives movement since its inception in India in 2003, connecting deeply with its foundational value that serving is a fundamental human need. His work is guided by the core philosophy of "Self-Work, Seva (Serving), and Sadhana (Practices)." Touching Lives Switzerland was started to expand these values, supporting grassroots organizations globally. The mission is to foster a world of conscious collaboration where changemakers and communities work together to create lasting social impact and cultivate a deeper sense of belonging.
Professionally, Sadik is an entrepreneur with a focus on media and technology. He is the Founder and CEO of Guidant Films, a company dedicated to purposeful storytelling, and Guidant Technology. He also serves as the Co-Founder and CTO of Bayartis, a MedTech company. Sadik holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and an MBA, bringing a blend of creative vision and strategic expertise to his philanthropic and professional endeavors.
